What Indigo Run Is, and What It Is Not
Indigo Run sits on the north end of Hilton Head Island, gated off Marshland Road, and spans a significant footprint that encompasses two golf courses, multiple water features, lagoon systems, and direct frontage on Broad Creek. It is a mature community, which means the trees are large, the landscaping is settled, and the bones of the neighborhood are established in a way that newer developments simply cannot replicate.
It is not a resort community. Indigo Run skews heavily toward primary and secondary residence buyers, many of them full-time or near-full-time residents, which shapes the character of the neighborhood in ways that matter.
